Shucked - Life on a New England oyster farm

I love our local public library. This gem was sitting on the new arrival shelf just waiting for me to stop in today and scoop it up. SHUCKED: Life on a New England oyster farm by Erin Byers Murray chronicles the 18 months she spent working, living, and shucking with Island Creek Oysters in Duxbury, Massachusetts.
