Beautiful first course of baby arugula from Graiff Farms and buttercup brie from Cherry Grove Farm. If you have only had large-scale, commercially produced brie you are in for a real treat when you visit Cherry Grove Farm. The brie is fantastic!

Enjoyed perfectly prepared mushroom risotto with asparagus cream made from None Such Farm asparagus for the second course. Paired with Trefethen Family Vineyards 2009 Chardonnay, Napa CA. Bolton Farms, Phillips Farms, and Flaim Farms were featured in the main course. Paired with Red Cuvee du Vatican 2009 Cotes du Rhone.

And for dessert: the apple and cranberry tart was delicious. Served with oWowCow Creamery Tahitian vanilla ice cream. Perfect ending to a wonderful meal.
